2021-08-20 13:13:55 +0000 UTCI took a Philosophy of Conspiracy class in college, and we had to do a case study as a group project. Our group chose The Drug War, and after we were done presenting everybody was like. "Wait...what's the conspiracy??" and we were like "Drug trafficking is state sponsored and is used to fund black ops and destroy inter-city communities" and everybody was like "I don't get it..."

2021-04-19 18:20:28 +0000 UTCNice pointing out the nationalism is a liberal movement. I think people may have forgotten. But the revolutions of the mid 1800s were largely liberal and nationalist revolts. Liberalizing the monarchies/replacing them with republics while also asserting local sovereignty and expelling the Austrians, as in Italy, Hungary, Germany etc. When you previously touched on fascism and its objectives before it highlighted how historically illiterate people are, in that they see words like nationalism and literally don't know what these symbols mean.
