what are some interesting reasons a fracking heiress would you invite you to her office at the powerplant?

The factory is dismal and cold but her office is very feminine and aesthetic. She asks you a question about why you have been brought in, she's very bored and wants to talk to you about modesty and cute clothes.
Here are some random ideas about why the first-person perspective was brought in:
1) You were pasting union solidarity posters in the bathroom
2) There are disturbing images of her graffitied in the factory and you are the snitch
3) There has been an accident at the factory and she wants to know what you saw
4) You are an environmental specialist and are reporting on the conditions of the powerplant
Give me more prompts! Whatever it is, it will color who she is and how callous it will be when she goes off on her own self-indulgent tangent. It could be mundane or very specific.

I'm gonna read my script while keeping this framing in my head and see if it could work. The problem is, the character ends up being very much against dress-code modesty. I'm sorry that has happened to you! I went to a private school and it happened to me too

I have a lot of experience with this living in a very conservative area of the american south. So maybe she wants to dictate what clothes are acceptable on the job while trying to skirt the line of what she's legally even allowed to say on the matter as your superior. But regardless she's trying to maybe explain to this employee why they should change their style.
