We timed this shoot horribly, and ended up with the lowest amount of light we possibly could have. But I feel like the work I get when I shoot with David feels like a dream. 1/2 of this set. Next half is in black and white.

I probably wont be posting any of these on my Instagram because after my octopus shoot, I'm gun shy. Ashley has gotten a lot of criticism for this shoot, saying that taking photos with a tipi is cultural appropriation.(This was an Airbnb that we stayed in btw). One of the reasons I love film is because every frame has so much intention. Once you've pushed that shutter, that's it. That's the photo. Whatever you've captured is what you're going to get, and you won't know what you're getting until it's developed days or weeks later.
