"Victim of the Month" July 2024 - Suggestion post - Theme is "Nostalgic crushes"

Yeah, I know it's kinda early for next month's VotM suggestion post, but considering how I've already started working on next month's pieces along with this one's remaining ones, I thought I'd also start the process of getting a Victim for July picked to get him done early and have a more relaxing July when most work would be that month's doodle rewards and any possible commissions I'd get.
