Viktor down a tier, slowly returning to his former self... still better than old viktor but worse scaling now and his R is an AOE spell, so this is quite a bit of dmg gone..
Next patch will change midlane a lot i think with electrocute and hob changes, but this patch didnt do anything really.

BEST TANK BLINDS: Ivern Voli Skarner UDYR Nunu
Shaco is bugged so you can abuse it for LP if u want (axiom arcanist comet ap shaco, ur W works with the rune for some reason) He is Z tier but i wont up a champion cus of a bug, shoudl be fixed next patch.
Pantheon is really good , didnt think about the champion before really but it makes sense and looks rlly strong in soloq

Cassio up, good when u win feats.
Galio Neeko up a tier, think more teamfights helps these champions.
Ryze is worse this patch, more teamfights is worse for him, he prefers macro game and fights on flash timers rather than perma teamfight.

Jhin down a tier, worse lane champ than the other lane adcs like ashe kalista caitlyn etc, but also a worse teamfight champion than other things, and cant kill tanks.

Losing zombie ward is a big blow to champions like pyke and bard

Theres more teamfights in this meta, cus ppl focus more objectives, Rell happy with that.
Janna up a tier, good when u need to be more places than before, rell being more popular helps her too...
