PATCH 10.14 SOLOQ TIER LIST (SUPPORT)
no changes to the tiers this patch but still stuff to talk about:
Alistar buffs are really big, helps him keep q cooldown similar to his W allowing for less downtime in his combo. not big enough to make him s tier though.
Pyke buffs are great for his laning, making his roams worse, pyke issue wasnt his roams it was his laning so good buffs.
Ezreal nerf buffs all in supports like alistar, naut, thresh etc, blitzcran...

Most impactful changes this patch is for botlane, let me explain.
Varus and Ezreal gets huge nerfs which means:
Kalista joins S tier as varus was shutting her down a bit and same with syndra, ezreal E having more cooldown makes ezreal blind even riskier and more punished by Kalista.
Ezreal however if played well is still deserving of s+ spot
Karthus buffs are really strong lol, this champions biggest weakness...

Riven buffs are quite big, helps the champion quite a bit, but this champion is hard to rate due to the skill ceiling of the champion, players like Alois, Rueven, V1per can do rlly well on this champ and make it look like S tier, but for the average joe id say A+ right now.

Maokai still a strong tree, just care for fiora

None of the buffs and nerfs this patch are enough to move a champion up or down a tier.
Khazix buffs are really good and will help the champion enough but hes already S tier on the list so he will stay there, but if you like khazix enjoy this patch.
Karthus can fullclear 3:08 so these "nerfs" dont matter too much, + the buff to his q helps his duels and his movespeed is nice now :D

Next patch if other champions close to syndras strengths gets indirect or direct buffs im going to put her down a tier, shes starting to fall off now with how the meta is turning in midlane too.
Zed buffs are really big for the champ, with stopwatch not being extreme meta as before zed is very happy.
Karthus mid added, strong vs low range champions and slow moving champions.

PATCH 10.13 SUPPORT SOLOQ TIERLIST
Yuumi off the s+, huge nerf to her lategame but if you use the E for heals instead of perma speeds its still okay, try going spellthief on her instead of relic shield for more mana regen, 100% mana regen on shard of true ice.

Thresh and sett still s+, great roamers, great laners, great pick potential and lots of play making.

Conq nerfs hit all conq users equally, some champions like Camille and Renekton may try going PTA in certain matchups now so they shouldnt be hurt too much.
Gnar buff is quite nice, but havent seen him in soloq yet so cant really tell how much impact it has but should be quite a nice buff.
Nunu top is rlly annoying to play vs, a lot of sustain and huge buffs to his AP ratios. Grasp protobelt is probably the build, go exp...

Vi buffs are quite nice but champ is so shit it doesnt matter, fits well with certain champs like galio who are a bit meta atm.

Syndra nerfs are quite big for botlane as her mana costs are quite high on Q now, until level 5 ( 3 points Q, then they are the same as before) therefore she goes down a rank, aswell because of Ezreal and Varus are in meta and they both have quite a lot of range to deal with syndra.
Ezreal s+ now, conq nerfs dont affect him too much he can also go lethal tempo and hes not need of having death dance. cheap build with manamune + iceborn /...
