I started this yesterday and finished it in a day although it was 3 am as I want to bed... evenso I needed it as it's been a while that I needed art to vent my feelings with.
Since I had to open a Photoshop file to get the right size for the trend I didn't open the canvas in clip studio since the beginning so it didn't automatically start recording the time-lapse and my dumbass forgot to turn it on- I am so sorry! But I took extra time ...

Nova is trying her best to befirend with the most ratchet Hedgehog 👺
(I drew Lightning and the BG, she drew her OC Nova)
I did an extedned voice claim video for Lightning with even fighting voice in the end, it was fun!
With Reina from Tekken 8 as her voice, I really loved to edit this video, it fits to Lightning SO WELL!

Update: More wips and the finished high-res images! I had fun with these redraws! Lightning fights almost like Reina and I decided to have her voice claim for Lightning too! It just fits too well, I finally found a character that sounds, behaves and fight like I always imagined for Lightning!

UPDATE 3: Her designs are DONE! Added all the versions I drew and the final drawing images! IT'S FINALLY FINISHED SHE HAS A BRANDNEW OUTFIT AND A BUNCH OF NEW DESIGNS RAGHH
UPDATE 2: Old Outfit and Sonic Riders Outfit Colored! + New Main outfit 3 different versions colored!
UPDATE 1: Added another wip with all her new outfits!!
A wip of her current design and next to it the new ones! The third is not completed yet the jacke...
UPDATE: Added the definitive new quill pattern image! I'm very happy how she looks now!
I've also been wanting to change her Lightning patterns to something more unique and and less like the top stripes inspired by shadow. So here are some wips of the different designs I've been trying out! my favorite so far is the very first image!

UPDATE 2: The drawing is done! I forgot to check the recording box so sadly it didn't record the time-lapse for this drawing which I am very upset about since it was SUCH a long and complex drawing. therefore I decide to go trough the layers and add even more wips and steps in between the drawing! hope you like the final result of Lightning's motorcycle design!
