Inktober Day 3 is witch, this is a Skinwalker, a witch in the Navajo culture. There is more to the Skinwalker than outsiders know, it is considered a bad omen to even speak of them, so not much is shared. What we do know is that many wear the skins of animals and shape shift into these beasts.
