She slaughtered a facility which experimented and tortured animals and mobians, making the workers taste their own medicine after freeing the survived experiments. The smell of blood exites her, that's why she's blushing, making her look like tha actual maniac. She's the villian here nevertheless, but it was worth it if that meant to put an end to others suffering.
