With this artwork, I am completing the four covers I made that I wanted to share with you all this time, and only here does this become possible. All of them were painted using watercolor, including this one, but to create two versions, it's simple: first, I draw with the breasts exposed, then I scan it, and afterwards I cover the breasts.
Unfortunately, I can no longer take on this type of work for the price I used to charge, $200. It's a time-consuming job, sometimes taking 15 days, and at the end of the month, I find I've only managed to complete 2 pieces, barely enough to pay bills.
I want to say I loved creating these covers, it was a great experience but, I wanted to grow! As always, I'm striving to improve my work and make it more professional, and now I feel like I'm on the right path. Because of this, I'm allowing myself the luxury of charging a bit more for art like this.
Over the past year, I've only been using good materials, such as Arches paper and Winsor & Newton watercolor. I don't intend to offer anything less than the best to my clients and admirers of my work. I love this, and I love knowing that you all appreciate seeing all this effort.
