I hope the first week of the new year has been good for everyone. I had my post-operation appointment 2 days ago and am relieved that the surgery was successful in removing all the pre-cancerous cells in my cervix! 😅 Whew.

I’m at my parents house in San Diego right now spending a few days here, and putting together this month’s snail mail to mail out today! I just wanted to quickly explain what the little patch that smells delicious (in my humble opinion) is 😂😂.

It’s an aromatherapy patch I discovered that you can wear inside of your mask so it’s not so stuffy- and I love the blend of eucalyptus, lavender and peppermint oils that it’s made from. Simply take it off the backing and stick it to the inside of your mask 😷 and tadaaaa fresh aromatherapeutic air 🥸🌟👍
