Toby Spidersona 🕷 [Sketch WIP]

I wanted to share the sketch of this month's character suggestion art so you can have a look at what to expect later on. And as the tittle on the post states it is Toby in some kind of Spiderman AU. I remember this was a thing that blew the Internet a while ago, wasn't it? But the thing is that I never got the chance to draw one myself. So, after someone suggested to also make a -sona with Toby I thought I'd use this opportunity to do so~
Anyway, the drawing is curremtly on the lineart stage and I will continue to work on it so I can perhaps have it finished by the end of this week. Also, I'm thinking on drawing side sketches to go with this drawing. What do you think of the idea? Do you have anything in mind you would like to see? Please let me know in the comments below. A few of them were already in my mind and I willl also try to include some of the suggestions here and there once the main piece is finished. 2022-01-20 15:56:44 +0000 UTCThis looks so super cool - I'm a massive comic book nerd and Spidey's been my favourite since I was 6 years old so it's not just really cool to see Spider-Toby, it's really cool to see you nailing a city webslinging shot as well - it looks amazing! I love that he has a jacket as well - it was always cool that the original Scarlet Spider had a hoody but this open version is even better! As for side panels, immediately some stuff rushed through my mind (most likely too many ideas for you to include ahaha!) Let's see - there's the classic "my spider-sense is tingling" headshot, crawling up a wall, hanging upside-down from a web, battle damage Spider-Toby where the costume is torn on the body and/or face, some kind of a feat of strength where he's lifting something heavy (if he has those powers in his spidersona!), narrowly dodging something with an acrobatic flip, a webslinging kick or a ground-based punch in a fight... *breathes* This is so awesome and put a huge smile on my face! I'm definitely looking forward to the finished version!
