Hey there! I hope you are all having a nice weekend. I wanted to share the finished artwork for this month’s character poll: my OC Cyrus~🥁

Thank you so much for suggesting and voting for him, I enjoyed working on this piece and had a lot of fun in the process. Also, it comes at a very nice timing, because I was just thinking I don’t give this guy as much screen time as I would like to. It is really nice to draw him, since I can really create powerfull and emotional pieces with him —in my opinion, that is. As you can see, he’s a drummer in the band some of my OCs belong to (the Sugar Monkeys, if you were curious haha), and creating music with his peeps has really helped him overcome very difficult times. Despite him being quite reserved and sometimes distant, he’s deeply thankful he has the chance of expressing and releasing his emotions through making music with the people he appreciates the most. That makes him feel so brave nd alive…
