Hey, Allies. This might come in a bit late, but the Switch 2 reveal just happened and I found the Mario Kart "first look" quite intriuging. What they showed was wide tracks for up to 24 carts. Thats neat, but not revolutionary. However, the lingering shot was of the track leading off into a vast desert map. The track suddenly seems like a normal road, quite dull if it was to be the race track of the course. Hmm.. I have a theory. Is Mario Kart 9 mimicing Forza Horizon, with an open world single player with races and tracks held within the overworld? If this is the case, then the game would also make a lot more sense as the Switch 2 launch title since it would double as a beefy single player experience. L&R, Jon
