Making him survive it's already a lot, and I imagine he wouldn't be able to use hamon as before, so he would age quite normally (but very gracefully ๐). But even if he can't fight, I can imagine him still being active, being a researcher for the SPW foundation maybe?
I don't imagine him with a stand neither. Sorry, I want a happy boring life for him after all he's been through, hahaha
