I am very sorry for the silence over the past couple of days. Unfortunately, I have not been well at all. The fever started on Friday night and was terrible, with a banging headache, chills, and then extremely hot and sweaty. This progressed Saturday and Sunday, then Sunday, the sore throat started, and Monday, a cold too. I was hoping it would only last a dayโฆ.. I am still not feeling good (although the cold isnโt quite as bad), but now I seem to have a bit of a stomach bug. I hope this might be the last day of illness and tomorrow I will be able to get back to everything.
I have been stuck in bed most of the time (my worst nightmare and far from ideal, especially in Bali!) I havenโt even been able to train and contemplated going home..... I tried a light session this morning (and it wasnโt a good idea). I am going to try and rest and recover as much as possible. I hope to be feeling back to normal very soon.

(Fingers crossed I will be up to making a video for you guys tomorrow ๐คธโโ๏ธI am really sorry I haven't been able to post one in a couple of days ๐ )
