Big Announcement tomorrow!

Apology for wall of text in advance!

We're almost there...  Although technically being in Australia, my expiration deadline for the NDA is in about an hour, but I sort of have to wait until the rest of the globe catches up before I can actually say what it is (Believe me I want to! but the multiple contracts I signed were very scary.... ) 

What I can say,  is that this announcement is essentially an evolution in 3D printing, one that I personally have been waiting for for a very long time, at least since I bought my first 3D printer, in fact probably before that even. 

While we have similar options now that can already "evolve" your existing printer, this is the first time I have seen this sort of technology ready to go at your desktop (and affordable)  and hopefully I will be the first person in my country to actually get my hands on this new beastie so for once I can talk about something 1000 other people haven't gone over already.

Again without saying too much, what this announcement means is not only a step forward for 3D printing, it also will spawn a completely new way of designing models, let's say with a more "finalized" approach.

I am pretty excited (as if you couldn't tell) to be a part of it and I cannot wait until tomorrow until I can post screenshots and all the goodies I have ready to go..

So, please stay tuned! There is a good chance the company in question will break the news before I wake up, if so then that's great I don't have to wait any longer to spread the word.

Re- Print Week Issue #3

I will be smashing out issue #3 in the next couple of days (I did say I would get it in before the end of the month, maybe not right on but within a day or two)

The reason for this is I want to get issue #4 out on the 7th of September. This will be the start of the regular weekly issue - not scattered like August was, but considering we started this new system late this month, I think getting 3 issues out isn't too shabby.

Anyway, thank you for reading that if you made it this far!
