OC Background Cameo submission form

A few things to keep in mind:
-Submitting an OC is not a guarantee that they will get a cameo
-You retain the rights to the OC, naturally
-I retain the rights to all of my artwork, even if your OC makes an appearance
-If you change you mind and wish to remove a character you've submitted, please contact me to let me know!^^
