Not to bring down the mood, but the actor who plays Chris, named Tyler James Williams, had a life threatening health problem some years back that he almost died from. Like he lost alot of weight and didn’t know why for a while. But as far as i know, he’s doing pretty well now. He also played sometime in the walking dead and now he’s on a show called “abbott elementary”. He also has 2 brothers who does some acting as well. Side note: Lol. As a black person, i would say that i relate to all of this in the show. Rochelle is both my mom and grandmother combined and Julius is like my father. I would say my sister was like Tonya growing up and i was like Chris growing up. Lol. The only difference is that i was the middle child and grew up in the hood in a city like chicago, and not a place like bedstye in the show.
