2024-10-10 04:41:49 +0000 UTCGotta eat them elderberry gummies. And take tons of vitamin c, zinc and vitamin d. And drink tons of warm green tea with lemon and honey. I take all those anytime i get sick. And it knocks it out pretty quickly or atleast helps relieve symptoms alot sooner.
