So when you talk about โdelivery of the linesโ or โbeing cornyโ you clearly donโt understand that itโs actually the same way in Japanese. Because you donโt understand the rules, phonetics, and nuances of the Japanese language. You do know English, so thatโs why you notice it there. Thereโs a bunch of silly and cringey puns and lines in the Japanese that donโt come across that way in English sub because it doesnโt work in English.
