I am soooo glad they just spoke directly to each other, I cannot stand people who think confrontation is the end of a partnership. This is so good for both of them in the long run! I love both characters and while I saw myself in Abiko at first, I related more to Sensei in her ability to respect the effort the other creators bring to the table despite the discrepancies along the way.

That βfightβ with the Sensei and the Mangaka was so necessary and so well executed! She exploded but she did it with the right person who is close to her and I am happy. And I understand the Mangakaβs feelings: even with small things like a school project, you want it to be perfect and you want to do it all by yourself but if youβre in a team, you need to compromise and communicate. Fantastic episode!

2024-07-19 22:24:53 +0000 UTCSee you guys get it. Abeko sensei needs to be taken down a peg by her editor cause she is too full of herself. I think she bullied her editor though and that makes it harder for him to say anything back to her. π€ Oh and the mangaka doesn't choose their editor, they are assigned by the publisher and at anytime an editor can say they don't want to work with a mangaka and vice versa. Honestly there is no loyalty sadly. Also a publisher can also take an editor away for their own reasons even if the editor and mangaka are against it. In the end the publisher writes the checks. π£
