Added 2025-10-19 05:33:35 +0000 UTCI'd like to share another glimpse behind the creative process of Volume 5 from Toyotaro’s early sketches to the refined pages illustrated by our commissioned artist, Rogeru.
Back in 2013, Toyble (Toyotaro) shared the original rough drafts online, right before starting his official journey with Shueisha. The project was never completed or officially published.
Our mission has been to faithfully bring Toyotaro’s vision to life preserving his panel compositions and storytelling while giving them a polished, modern finish thanks to Rogeru’s incredible line work (and the support of dedicated fans!).
Each page required careful study of Toyotaro’s layouts to ensure the final art stayed true to his distinctive style.
