Its two-tone color makes it look like a panda, but it is actually based on a brown bear.
The red lightning bolt is a graphic representation of the 203. The star on its chest represents the 2nd Air Wing. It's not a Nippleless.đ
I am sure there are many cute mascots in your country's air forces if you look for them.
