Iโll explain it to u because it isnโt explained in the show and it doesnโt spoil anything. Lord Urcheon saved Pavettaโs father many years ago. He claimed the law of surprise. The surprise of course being Pavetta which is why he was saying that she belongs to him. Geralt claims the law of surprise and says โgive me that that you already have, but do not know.โ Urcheon did not know that Pavetta was pregnant, so in this case the surprise is Ciri, so ur correct in this is how they are linked and destined to find each other. And when she threw up thatโs when Geralt and everyone realizes Pavetta is pregnant. So correct again thatโs why he said Damn ๐
